All eBooks and digital products sold on ROman eBooks are non-refundable once they have been purchased and downloaded. Due to the instant delivery of digital content, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

If you experience any technical issues while downloading your eBook or if the file is corrupted, please contact us at,

mail@romanebooks.in within 7 days of your purchase. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing you within a new download link or the correct file.

In the event that you accidently purchase the same eBook more than once, please contact us at mail@romanebooks.in within 7 days of the purchase date. We will verify the duplicate purchase and may issue a refund or provide store credit at our discretion.

 You believe your account has been compromised or that an unauthorised Transactions has occured, please notify us immediately at mail@romanebooks.in. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
